Andava Partners is a registered small business established in 2024 to support government, civil society groups, communities, philanthropists and private sector on solving resource governance challenges around the world.

Program Design and Resource Mobilization
Andava helps partners refine and communicate their vision and needs to build relationships that address community needs. We are skilled at identifying the opportunities and constraints facing partners and the unique services that they offer. However, no organization operates in isolation and we help our partners build relationships with relevant stakeholders, including government, civil society, communities, private sector and international donors.
Land Rights and Natural Resource Management
Andava’s team provides technical consulting on land and resource rights, particularly related to fit-for-purpose land administration systems and resource rights devolution. Andava supports its partners to advocate with government for policy frameworks that harmonize planning approaches between local governments and diverse line ministries, and that support community rights to register rights to land, wildlife and forests.
Policy, Evaluation and Learning
Andava is skilled at convening stakeholders around public policy dialogues. Andava’s approach supports independent analysis of policies and creates space for those with limited voice to convene and consolidate their opinions. Andava uses participatory methods in workshops to strengthen public participation in policy, ensuring broad representation of stakeholders.
We use our understanding of the national and local level political economy to carry out qualitative and quantitative data-driven evaluations. Our evaluations are action oriented and help our partners refine their implementation approach and feed into their long-term and evolving program design.
